Job Role:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Highlight, you will drive online content promotion and lead generation for our SaaS platform targeting B2B clients. You'll manage and optimize social media channels, paid advertising (LinkedIn, Reddit, Google Ads), and outbound email campaigns to grow and engage our audience.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the role requires collaboration with the Business Development and Product teams to develop and refine an ongoing outbound online and email marketing strategy. The goal of this role is to create and continuously improve the online lead generation funnel, apportioning a set advertising budget, actively managing the execution of activities and reporting on results.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and schedule engaging social media posts
Manage and optimize paid social campaigns within budget
Build and segment target audiences for campaigns
Execute regular outbound email marketing
Track and report on email campaign results
Research and establish presence on new social channels
Engage in relevant online communities and forums
Collaborate with business development to identify and hand off high-potential leads
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to
Refine messaging
Request supporting collateral and longer-form content
Coordinate online and email messaging to align with other marketing activities
