Whilst the full range of Digital Marketing work is listed below, initially the work will focus around email marketing (mailchimp) and social media channel management.
Our offices are in Kirkby Stephen, Cumbria. We operate a hybrid working model after successful completion of training and so this role would suit people based in and around Kirkby Stephen, Penrith, Kendal, Keswick, Carlisle and/or Barnard Castle.

Our Digital Marketing Assistant will ensure that our online branding and marketing campaigns are successful and will engage with our followers and subscribers to ensure our presence is both engaging, positive and developmental online.
You will:
Lead on the day-to-day management of our digital channels, creating inspirational, informative and engaging content pursuing maximum reach and conversion to revenue
Administer and maintain our e-mailshot and feedback campaigns
Administer and maintain our PPC channels (Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, FB and others)
Monitor, supervise and contribute to our blog channel
Improve the SEO standing of our site
Liaise with us to create a planned and effective calendar of special events across the business and create marketing and social media posts to support
Work successfully across channels to ensure increased engagement with audiences and stakeholders
Curate an on-brand and quality image library to provide leverage across social media assets including Pinterest.
Create content to develop new social initiatives, ie partnerships, competitions and influencer content.
Ensure engaged regular communication with our audiences to build brand trust and loyalty
Closely monitor competitor activity and social trends on a weekly basis to ensure the brand remains relevant and make required adjustments to posts and strategy accordingly
Focus and measurably increase followers across Facebook, Instagram and customer engagement
Monitor, analyse and report on the performance of digital channels/activities using tools like Google Analytics, feeding back to stakeholders and using the data to inform future activities
To do all of this you will need to demonstrate to us your developed experience and skills in digital marketing including work on SEO, mailshot marketing, PPC, (Google, LInkedin, FB, Twitter amongst others).
