to manage and elevate our digital presence across all platforms.

Position Summary



The Social Media Manager / Digital Marketer will oversee both brands' interactions with the public through well-executed content strategies and campaigns. You will be responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and managing all content and stories across our social media channels. A strong command of copywriting, content editing, campaign planning, and community engagement is essential. Your goal will be to drive engagement, increase reach and followers, generate qualified leads, and facilitate sales calls.

Content Creation & Platform Management



Manage and grow accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, and stories for both JGP and JGC. Create compelling, on-brand text, photo, and video content daily. Design cohesive visual identities across all platforms (e.g., profile pics, banners). Edit high-quality content from raw media assets provided. Keep up with social media trends and viral content, leveraging them into strategies.

Marketing & Campaign Planning



Develop and execute marketing campaigns (daily, weekly, and monthly). Build and manage content calendars with projections and design in advance. Coordinate with James for weekly planning, quality checks, and task management. Create and manage email marketing campaigns (Mail gun via GHL).

Lead Generation & Sales Facilitation



Design and implement strategies to drive engagement and lead generation. Create 2-step posts, polls, and other call-to-actions to book sales calls. Collaborate daily with setters, sales reps, and coaches to align content with sales goals. Monitor group/page engagement and deliver 5 leads per group/page per week, aiming for 10% monthly growth in groups.

Analytics & Performance



Monitor SEO, web traffic, engagement, and platform-specific metrics. Report monthly on KPIs, performance reviews, and upcoming campaign plans. Recommend and implement strategies for improved reach, lead generation, and ROI.

Collaboration & Communication



Work closely with sales, marketing, and coaching teams. Ensure brand consistency and accurate messaging across all content. Respond to follower queries, comments, and DMs promptly. Maintain daily communication with James and Nevil via WhatsApp, Slack, and shared Google Calendar.

Requirements:


Skills & Experience



Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills. Hands-on experience in content creation, video/photo editing, and campaign execution. Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, keyword research, and online marketing channels. Experience with Canva, GHL, Clickfunnels, Trello, and email marketing tools. Strong analytical, multitasking, and organizational skills. Familiarity with social media algorithms and content trends.

Tools & Tech Requirements



Access to a high-spec desktop/laptop suitable for video editing. Adequate storage for managing large volumes of photo and video content. Proficiency in Adobe Pro / Canva Pro (or similar), video editing tools, and file management systems.
