Summary
We are seeking a proactive and talented Digital Marketer to join our growing online team. You will support and execute marketing strategies, managing a wide variety of campaigns and day-to-day marketing activities across multiple platforms. Monitoring web traffic, open rates and general online performance, you'll play a role in making sure outputs against spend are being maximised. You will also play a key support role with the running of our trading website- adding products and updating content as required. This role is perfect for someone organised, creative, and passionate about all things digital.
Responsibilities
General:
Plan and execute digital marketing strategies.
Support with maintaining websites, social media platforms, and other digital assets.
Research industry trends and competitor activity.
Stay up to date with digital marketing best practices, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
Content Creation & Management:
Design and schedule social media posts across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, Pinterest and Tiktok.
Create marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp and WhatsApp.
Manage Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
Create and manage graphics, videos, memes, advertising posts and promotional imagery.
Support SEO efforts through content and website updates.
Respond to social media inboxes and notifications promptly.
Develop and send out trade and DIY customer newsletters.
Attend regular marketing meetings with our Graphic Designer and Management.
Produce monthly marketing reports and provide campaign performance data as required.
Skills
Essential Skills:
Solid understanding and proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
Understands SEO and content best practices.
Strong writing and content creation skills.
Organised and able to multitask across different tasks and demands.
Is analytical and detail oriented, with experience using Excel, Google Analytics and performance tracking tools.
Good eye for design and visual presentation.
Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and team-working skills.
Nice to Have:
Copywriting experience / training.
E-commerce experience.
Email marketing expertise.
Working hours and pattern negotiable
Pay: From 24k -26k per annum, depending on experience
