Digital Marketer - B2B Events
Central London (Hybrid - 2 days in office) + Travel
Salary Up to 40,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Great opportunity for an experienced B2B digital marketer with 2+ years' experience in an agency or B2B events environment.
Join a growing B2B events and content business as their new Digital Marketing Manager, where you'll take full ownership of cross-channel performance and play a key role in driving digital transformation across a portfolio of global events.
This is an ideal step for a digital marketer from an agency or B2B events background looking for more responsibility, freedom and impact. You'll work across diverse industries, mentor a Digital Marketing Executive, and have scope to experiment, optimise and innovate daily.
What You'll Do

• Collaborate with a passionate team of creative, high-performing event marketers.
• Own PPC activity across Google, Meta and LinkedIn, boosting ROAS and testing new opportunities.
• Lead all SEO activity - technical audits, content optimisation and ranking improvements.
• Enhance website UX and performance across multiple event sites (WordPress/Elementor/ACF).
• Improve cross-channel results through CRO, landing page optimisation and data-led targeting.
• Drive digital transformation projects, adopting new tools, tech and AI workflows.
• Mentor a Digital Marketing Executive, setting standards and supporting development.
• Analyse and report on campaign and website performance to guide strategy.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in B2B digital marketing (PPC, SEO, CRO, performance marketing), ideally agency or events.
• Confident user of GA4, SEMrush, WordPress and major ad platforms.
• Analytical problem-solver with a test-and-learn mindset.
• Creative, with strong copywriting ability; design/video skills are a bonus.
• Highly organised, detail-focused and proactive.
• Experience mentoring junior marketers or supporting team processes is a plus.
