Adam Bernard Solicitors is a forward-thinking and fast-growing law firm based in Central London. We are committed to innovation in legal services and digital engagement. As we expand, we are seeking a talented Digital Marketer / Web Developer to manage and elevate our digital presence.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a blend of marketing and technical skills who is passionate about delivering results and driving online engagement.

Key Responsibilities



Design, develop, and maintain the firm's websites, ensuring responsive design, strong UI/UX, and optimal performance Plan, create, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook/Instagram), optimising for lead generation and conversions Develop and implement SEO strategies and on-page improvements to drive organic traffic Analyse website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools Use AI tools to enhance digital marketing efficiency (e.g., for content creation, chatbots, marketing automation, or data analysis) Manage and update website content via CMS (preferably WordPress) Collaborate with the wider marketing team and external consultants to align digital strategies with business goals Provide regular reports and insights on marketing performance and recommend improvements Troubleshoot web issues and ensure website security, backups, and GDPR compliance

Essential Skills & Experience



Candidates must have demonstrable experience in the following areas:

Google Ads - campaign creation, management, and performance optimisation Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) - paid ad campaigns, audience targeting, A/B testing Website Development - front-end and back-end experience (WordPress preferred) Artificial Intelligence Implementation - using AI for automation, content generation, SEO, or analytics

Preferred Skills



Strong understanding of SEO, CRO, and email marketing Experience using tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, Canva, or HubSpot Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Familiarity with CRM systems and legal tech tools is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
