We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Account Executive to take ownership of key client relationships, lead performance reviews, and ensure our clients continue to grow and see value from their marketing investment.
The Role
As a Digital Marketing Account Executive, you will manage a portfolio of established marketing clients and act as their strategic point of contact. You will be responsible for reviewing performance, interpreting data, and guiding clients on how to improve and scale their digital marketing.
This is a senior, client-facing role where you will be trusted to manage relationships independently, lead review calls, and work closely with internal specialists to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage a portfolio of digital marketing clients
Act as the senior point of contact for client communication and strategy
Lead regular performance review calls and strategic discussions
Analyse marketing performance across SEO, PPC, paid social, and website activity
Translate data and reports into clear insights and recommendations
Ensure all marketing activity delivers against agreed KPIs and contract scope
Proactively identify opportunities to improve performance and grow accounts
Work closely with internal marketing, content, PPC, and web teams
Manage client expectations, risks, and escalations professionally
Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and account records
Support and mentor junior account executives where required
About You
Proven experience in a digital marketing account management role
A strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance metrics, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media
Hands-on knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Ads, or similar platforms
Confident leading client calls and presenting performance insights
Comfortable managing multiple accounts with minimal supervision
Commercially minded, with experience identifying growth opportunities
Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Agency experience
Experience working with healthcare or regulated industries
