The Role (Please Read Carefully)
This is
not
a junior "assist and learn quietly" role.
This is a
client-facing account manager position
where you will be expected to grow quickly into taking
full ownership of 8-10 client accounts
. You will be responsible for the quality of work, accuracy of execution, client communication, and ultimately the results we deliver.
You will be trusted to:
Run accounts independently
Communicate confidently with clients
Spot problems before they escalate
Fix issues quickly when things go wrong
Care about the standard of work you put out
This role is
fast-paced, high-responsibility, and sometimes messy
. Clients change direction. Campaigns need urgent updates. Expectations are high. Client patience can be short.
If pressure makes you shut down, avoid responsibility, or lose attention to detail - this role is not for you.
What You'll Be Responsible For
After you have had time to complete training, you will own your client accounts end-to-end, including:
Managing day-to-day marketing delivery across multiple clients
Acting as the main point of contact for your accounts
Planning, scheduling, and reviewing social media content
Reviewing performance and making improvements proactively
Keyword research and on-site + off-site SEO
Uploading and optimising blogs for search engines
Writing and scheduling email campaigns (Mailerlite, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)
Creating, launching and optimising Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
Briefing and managing our virtual assistants (design, video, admin)
Quality-checking everything
before it goes out
Interpreting performance data and contributing to reports
Keeping trackers, calendars, and spreadsheets accurate and up to date
