About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and creative Junior Account Manager with prior experience in marketing to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in managing client relationships, supporting new business development, and helping drive the agency's own brand presence through engaging social media content.

Working closely with senior managers and the creative team, you'll oversee day-to-day client activity, help coordinate projects, and contribute ideas that bring campaigns to life. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 1-2 years' experience in a marketing role who's ready to take on more responsibility in a dynamic agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring projects run smoothly and deliver measurable results Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across web, SEO, PPC, and social media Help attract new clients through outreach, networking, and digital marketing activities Contribute to Midland Marketing's own social media presence by creating and managing engaging content, including TikToks, reels, and behind-the-scenes videos Collaborate with the creative team to brief in and review design, copy, and video work Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and internal meetings Represent the agency at events and client meetings when required

Skills and Experience

1-2 years' experience in a marketing, client management, or agency role (essential) Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, including social media, content, and digital campaigns Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Highly organised, proactive, and confident in managing multiple tasks Comfortable using marketing and CRM tools, with good general IT skills Creative mindset and willingness to contribute new ideas

Requirements

Full, clean UK driving licence (essential) Based within commutable distance of Wolverhampton Willingness to travel to client meetings and events when required

Pay: From 28,000.00 per year

Wolverhampton WV1 4BL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
