Job Description

We're on the lookout for a proactive and organised account manager to join our growing team within our Digital Marketing agency. In this key role, you'll be responsible for coordinating client projects, supporting franchise partners, and acting as the vital link between internal departments, franchisees, and clients. You'll help ensure that everyone is aligned, informed, and working towards delivering great results.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage onboarding and ongoing support for franchisees across the network. Maintain open lines of communication with all agency clients at all times. Oversee the coordination and timely delivery of projects and services for franchise-led clients Serve as the primary point of contact between franchisees and internal teams (e.g. PPC, SEO, design, web, etc.) Track project milestones, flag any issues, and help drive resolutions across departments. Maintain clear, consistent communication with stakeholders at all stages. Contribute improving operational processes and franchisee experience over time.

About You:

Exceptionally organised, with strong time management and multitasking abilities A confident communicator with a calm, solution-focused approach Able to work independently and proactively, while also collaborating effectively across teams Previous experience in account management within a marketing environment is beneficial. Experience or understanding of marketing, web, or digital services is essential. A genuine people-person who enjoys supporting others and bringing structure to fast-moving environments
