What you'll be doing



Managing multiple projects and client accounts at the same time Gaining a deep understanding of client goals and expectations, and helping to make sure we deliver against them Keeping clients up to date on the status of campaigns and projects, and answering any questions they might have Managing budgets and timelines effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope Overseeing client reporting and ensuring that the right narrative is provided Advising clients on trends and best practices that contribute to the delivery against their objectives Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in B2B demand generation and Microsoft ecosystem marketing Supporting internal agency sales & marketing activities

The ideal candidate will have:



3+ years of experience working in an agency environment in a similar role (executive or manager-level) Experience supporting tech businesses with marketing (as a marketer or account manager) A solid understanding of marketing tactics and the ability to make recommendations based on business goals Excellent attention to detail Strong communication and analytical skills

The nice-to-haves



Experience delivering marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels Experience using HubSpot as a CRM and marketing tool Knowledge of design and "what good looks like"

The salary for this role is up to 35k (dependent on experience). We're a remote-first business, so we each work from home full-time. But don't worry, we'll come together regularly so you can meet and build relationships with the broader team. We offer flexible working - start early or finish late - whatever suits your lifestyle. You'll receive 24 days' holiday plus bank holidays.

Pay: 28,000.00-35,000.00 per year
