Arbicon are a small but leading family sized firm of Chartered Quantity Surveyors and Construction Claims Consultants. We are looking for an experienced suitably qualified energetic, ambitious, digital marketing/admin assistant, who is computer savvy with a good understanding of website management, Adwords, social media marketing including Linkedin, Facebook and Twitter. Responsibilities will include email campaigns, CRM database management, posting articles and managing website content promoting the Company. Adming assistance also includes answering telephone, invoicing, timesheets and basic book keeping. The position offers the successful candidate to opportunity to progress their career and to introduce new ideas in sales and marketing in professional legal construction services. The post will also extend to making appointments, managing Client leads, referral schemes and helping to organise seminars and events. There will also be opportunities to attend local networking events. The candidate must also have a professional appearance, communication skills as well as computer knowledge. Experience of working for a legal practice and/or a construction company would be a bonus but not essential.
