Digital Marketing Administrator - PPC & Analytics Focus (Wrexham Based)

We are seeking a

Digital Marketing Administrator

to support our growing marketing team with a specific focus on

Google Ads, PPC campaign management, and performance analytics

. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, excellent organisational skills, and a working knowledge of digital advertising platforms and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and assist in the execution, optimisation, and monitoring of

PPC campaigns

(Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) Use our

agency's proprietary analytical platform

to produce regular and ad-hoc

client performance reports

, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and actionable insights Track key campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS) and recommend performance improvements Assist in campaign setup and keyword research Manage

display and search ad creatives

based on data performance, rather than design trends Provide administrative support to the

Managing Director and Marketing Executives

, particularly on digital strategy reporting Conduct data entry, spreadsheet analysis, and reporting using

Excel

and Google Sheets Support with

WordPress-based website content updates

related to PPC landing page optimisation

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive results Understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and performance reporting tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially

Excel

(formulas, lookups, pivot tables) A proactive and methodical approach to work, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent written English, particularly for client-facing documentation and reports Strong communication skills and experience working with client teams or stakeholders Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in the digital marketing space
