Job Summary



IT Access Ltd is seeking a skilled and data-driven

Digital Marketing Analyst

to support the company's digital marketing strategies, online presence, and e-commerce growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth research into digital trends, analysing online customer behaviour, assessing competitors' digital performance, and presenting actionable insights to optimise our digital campaigns and maximise our business performance in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behaviour and market trends relevant to IT Access Ltd products line.

Study competitor performance and market positioning across retail and wholesale channels, identifying opportunities to strengthen IT Access Ltd's digital presence and customer acquisition .

Use digital tools and platforms to extract actionable insights relating to SEO, advertising performance, and online engagement (including website analytics, (RM/email insights and social/platform dashboards).

Track and evaluate digital campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, social media and email marketing, monitoring KPis and recommending optimisations to improve conversion, ROI and repeat visits .

Collaborate with commercial, product and operations teams to align campaigns with business objectives, ensuring consistency between online promotion and on-site execution.

Provide guidance and insight for new product launches, promotional activity and digital positioning, supporting growth planning and performance reporting.

Requirements & Qualifications



Education & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analysis, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in digital marketing, digital research, or market analysis roles. Prior experience working in IT hardware/software, e-commerce, or B2B distribution sectors is highly desirable. Experience working with retailers, wholesalers, or trade distribution channels will be an advantage.

Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced digital environment.

Pay: 42,000.00-45,000.00 per year
