Job Overview:



The Digital Marketing and Graphic Design role combines creativity with strategic thinking to enhance our brand presence across multiple platforms. This position is responsible for creating the design, artwork and creative content for both B2B and B2C marketing communications and developing and delivering the digital/social media strategy.

The ideal candidate will ensure the company delivers exciting online and social media content, branding across all platforms, and collaborate across internal departments and third-party partners to drive sales growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:



Digital Marketing Strategy: Assist in creating and delivering the overall strategy for, social media and digital marketing initiatives. Manage and create social media content across platforms including TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Facebook to maximise sales and brand visibility. Deliver sales improvements by continuously reviewing and optimizing creative performance. Write compelling and relevant copy tailored for each digital channel. Driving brand awareness by increasing exposure of company/brand websites both in the UK and Internationally. Graphic Design & Artwork: Design and produce artwork for all Snowden product packaging, Marketing material, including B2B and B2C digital marketing content, product design, and print/press adverts. Ensure visual and brand consistency across all marketing platforms for each Snowden brand. Develop and design branding for new product ranges, including the creation of associated assets. Lead and manage the design process for all creative outputs, collaborating with third-party creative partners when necessary.
3. Content Development:

Lead the creation of B2B presentations and B2C customer email campaigns. Responsible for creating all content for online/offline marketing including imagery, photography, and video. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, SEO, SEM, and PPC. Copywriting & Social Media Management: Create and maintain B2B and B2C written content that strengthens brand presence across multiple social media channels and digital platforms. Manage and maximize the effectiveness of third-party agencies when required. Identify and engage with affiliate marketing opportunities, partnerships, and online influencers. Oversee marketing campaign budgets, ensuring maximum ROI.

Knowledge & Experience:



Digital Marketing: Proven track record in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies, including affiliate, social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and PPC. Strong ability to review digital performance data and adjust strategies to improve sales outcomes. Experience in supporting with Amazon creative (design and copy). Creative Design: Expertise in design software (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and tools for creating digital and print product and marketing materials. Experience in branding, especially for new product ranges, with a strong eye for detail and consistency. Ability to work independently and manage third-parties when necessary.

Social Media & 3rd Party Management: Experience managing social media platforms with a focus on increasing sales and brand awareness. Proven ability to identify and maximize affiliate marketing opportunities and influencer partnerships. Marketing Campaigns: Commercially driven approach to managing B2C marketing campaigns and product creative. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial objectives.

Required qualifications:



Experienced in digital marketing and creative design. Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work and marketing work. Experienced with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.). Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple projects.
Preferred Skills but not essential:

Experience with video content creation and animation. Basic photography skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
