As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience, from taking orders to serving food and drinks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take accurate food and drink orders using basic maths skills for calculations. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our culinary standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring all concerns are addressed promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food served. Uphold high standards of hospitality throughout the dining experience.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Basic understanding of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members. A positive attitude and willingness to help others, contributing to a supportive team environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs. Ability to do marketing and graphic design.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.25-15.00 per hour
