To strengthen our team, KARL STORZ Endoscopy (UK) Ltd have a vacancy for a Engineer - Electronic Devices based at our offices in Slough.

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Apprentice to support the coordination and delivery of multichannel marketing campaigns focused on retaining existing customers and attracting new ones. The Marketing Apprentice will follow briefs and contribute to delivering key parts of the overall marketing plan or campaign

Your responsibilities will include:

Help create new marketing materials, including writing content and preparing briefs for visual content. Work with internal teams and departments to support smooth Marketing Team operations. Track and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics tools, and share insights with the wider business. Assist in managing social media channels, including content scheduling and audience engagement. Learn about the company's customer base to help develop targeted communication strategies. Keep key stakeholders updated on new and ongoing marketing activities. Complete all apprenticeship training requirements, including coursework, assessments, and presentations. With your manager's approval, attend events like scientific meetings and workshops to learn about event-based marketing. Help manage and maintain marketing tools and systems. Support the team with additional tasks as needed. Take ownership of individual projects when required.

Qualifications and Experience:

GCSE Grades 9-4 (A-C) in English Language and Maths
3 A Levels or equivalent is desirable

Skills:

IT skills including the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (preferred) or similar, but not critical. An optimistic outlook with a proactive, "can-do" approach to problem solving. Display an enthusiastic attitude towards their learning. An ability to build relationships and rapport with colleagues and external stakeholders. A commitment to self-development. Willingness to go the extra mile during busy times.

Pay: 22,500 per year
