About the Role



You'll be joining a small but highly dynamic marketing team where you'll gain hands-on experience across the full marketing mix -- digital campaigns, content creation, and international events. You don't need prior experience -- just a creative eye, great attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

You'll be supported both in the workplace through the Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship and with a Level 3 Foundation Certificate in Marketing from the CIM, delivered by us at The Marketing Trainer.

What You'll Be Doing (With Training & Support)



Marketing:



Assisting with the delivery of digital and offline marketing campaigns

Helping to schedule and update social media content across platforms

Updating website content and supporting email marketing campaigns

Creating and editing graphics, video clips, and branded content (training provided)

Liaising with international distributors to share marketing assets

Helping to monitor the performance of campaigns and reporting on results

Events:



Supporting the organisation of international events such as exhibitions, conferences, and workshops

Assisting with booking logistics, managing suppliers, and preparing event materials

Assisting with and hosting online events such as webinars

Helping the team review event performance and put together follow-up reports

Who They're Looking For



This role is ideal for someone who:

Has achieved a grade C/4 and above in GCSE English and maths

Is educated to degree level in synergistic subjects

Is enthusiastic about starting a career in digital marketing

Has strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Is highly organised with good attention to detail

Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team

Has a genuine interest in healthcare, events, or global communications

You don't need to have prior experience -- just a strong willingness to learn and grow.

Desirable (but not essential):



Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator)

Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel

Familiarity with social media platforms or content creation tools

Additional Info:



You may be required to attend live surgical procedures as part of event support (full guidance will be provided)

The Apprenticeship



This role will be part of a level three Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship provided by The Marketing Trainer. The apprenticeship covers a wide range of topics over its 15-month duration, including:

Campaign management; Content creation; Social Media marketing; Digital and traditional communications; Brand management; Communication skills; Project Management; And much, much more.
All training and support will be conducted remotely via small group training cohorts and one-to-one coaching sessions that ensure you receive individualised support along the entirety of the apprenticeship.

In addition to this, the successful candidate will be enrolled on a full CIM Foundation Certificate at no extra cost. This means that once you're finished on the apprenticeship, you'll be awarded two distinct qualifications as opposed to one.
