The Marketing Executive will play a key role in supporting the marketing efforts at ACRE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth. This role requires a mix of creative, analytical, and strategic thinking with a strong understanding of the pharmacy industry and marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of the email marketing channel, including briefing, scheduling, executing, and reporting on campaign performance.
Ensure all email content aligns with wider marketing objectives and brand tone.
Brief in creative assets to the design team for use across email, sales materials, and offline marketing channels, ensuring consistency across touchpoints.
Support market research initiatives to better understand customer behaviours and preferences--particularly related to email performance and content types.
Partner with the Brand Manager and Head of Marketing to brief and coordinate campaign assets, particularly those with strong email and CRM components.
Provide ongoing support to the SEO and paid search agencies, assisting with briefing content needs, reviewing keyword strategies, aligning landing pages with email campaigns, as supported by the Head of Marketing.
Work with the sales team to deliver supporting materials such as brochures, flyers, and POS assets that align with key campaign themes and messaging.
Provide wider marketing support on ad-hoc projects, ensuring high-quality execution and collaboration across functions.
Requirements
A genuine interest in marketing, social media, and digital trends.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths, Grade 4/C or above (desired but not essential)
Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
