About the role
You will work as part of a close-knit team to upload and distribute client content, including word, image and video files.
Manage client and related content on key platforms and accurately update content on websites using our proprietary CMS.
You will be based at our Forest Row office 3 mornings per week, hours and days negotiable.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Email campaigns
o Develop and execute third-party email marketing campaigns to promote client products, services and offers (Mailchimp).
o Geolocate third-party email; campaigns as necessary.
o Promote all NHD in-house initiatives, such as the digital issue, CPD articles and blogs, etc.
o Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to optimise results.
Digital advertising
o Plan, create and manage in-house digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (getsitecontrol.com, Google Ad Manager and Create.co.uk, etc).
o Track and report on the effectiveness of digital ad campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Website content management
o Launch each digital issue on our website, using Google Ad Manager, geolocating pages, so that our UK and global subscribers can view the correct issue.
o Troubleshoot as and when necessary.
Reporting and analytics
o Compile and analyse marketing statistics to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts using Google Analytics and Bitly.
o Prepare regular reports on key metrics for clients and for our in-house campaigns, including email open rates, click-through rates, website traffic, and social media engagement.
Project management
o Manage both ongoing and ad hoc client projects, track progress, manage your time, and meet deadlines.
o To support other team members when necessary, eg, researching and introducing new platforms, providing technical advice with regards to advertising, website development, surveys, proof reading and any additional comms.
Strategy and planning
o Refine value propositions, support marketing strategy planning.
Communication, content and proofing
o Develop original copy, proof, review and edit content, including, newsletters, brochures, presentations, and scripts. Manage social media channels and blog.
What we need from you:
An enthusiasm for detail and an analytical approach to ensuring that campaigns and content are managed accurately and correctly.
A strong team ethos.
A good level of written and spoken English.
A professional and confident approach to work-related communications.
Self-organised, self-motivated, passionate and able to juggle multiple projects
Experience of the following programmes for the preparation and uploading of content to websites:
- HTML5
- CMS
- Google Ad Manager and Analytics
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Acrobat
