We're looking for a creative and digitally savvy Social Media & Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, enjoys creating engaging content, and is eager to contribute to broader digital campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Assist in managing the company's social media presence across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc) including creating and scheduling content, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring performance and engagement.
Content Creation:
Collaborate with the wider marketing team to develop compelling visual and written content tailored to our audience. This includes static posts, videos, stories, reels, and social copy.
Campaign Support:
Contribute to the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on social media initiatives. Work closely with the team to ensure campaigns are on-brand and meet strategic objectives.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay on top of social media trends, tools, and best practices. Share insights and recommend ways to improve engagement and grow our online community.
Influencer & Partner Coordination:
Assist in identifying and coordinating partnerships with influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors to boost reach and credibility.
Reporting & Optimization:
Help track social media performance using analytics tools and assist in reporting on key metrics to inform ongoing strategy.
Team Support:
Provide general support to the marketing team as needed, contributing to a wide range of digital and creative projects.
Skills you need:
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
PC literate: Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
Strong visual skills (knows what good photography looks like).
Strong written English.
Good communicator.
