The Role

As our Digital Marketing Assistant, you'll play a key role in bringing our brand to life online. Working closely with our marketing team, you'll help create engaging content, boost brand visibility, and drive both in-store and online traffic.


This is an office-based role at our head office in Grangemouth, 30 hours per week, salary will dependant on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and schedule posts for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc)

Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters

Update and maintain the website (product pages, blogs, events)

Create content including graphics, reels, photos and videos

Support online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)

Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports

Engage with our online community and respond to customer queries

What we are looking for

A passion for marketing and an interest in gardening or horticulture Experience with social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe, CapCut) Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing tools (like Mailchimp) and website platforms (WordPress) Strong communication skills and a create mindset Proactive, organised and willing to learn Team player with a friendly and professional demeanour
