About The Role

TFG are hiring a Digital Marketing Assistant to work in our Performance Marketing team. This role is responsible for supporting the Paid Media team to manage paid marketing activity (PR, influencer, PPC, Affiliate & Paid Social) and drive profitable growth for our brands; Phase Eight, Whistles, Hobbs and our new Inside Story.

Your duties and responsibilities as Digital Marketing Assistant will include:

• Support the paid media team to manage some or all of - PR, influencer, PPC, Affiliate & Paid Social - across all territories for all our new homeware brand
• Conduct daily analysis and optimisation of campaigns including management of bids and budgets, adjustments to ad copy and extensions, updating negative keyword, audiences lists etc.
• Conduct regular analysis of customer/product feed quality and feed performance, suggesting and implementing recommendations to improve performance
• Build strong relationships with affiliate publishers and press
• Identify opportunities to create and expand new campaigns, and their components
• Work closely with the paid media managers to ensure budgets are managed in line with business KPIs
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with trade stance (product pushes and promotions) whilst adhering to business KPIs
• Work closely with the paid media managers to implement test and learn plans for optimising performance and improving business KPIs

About You

To be successful in the Digital Marketing Assistant role you will have the following skills and experience:

• Experience working or studying in a Digital Marketing environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Analytical thinker with a strong ability to understand and present data
• Excellent ability to build and maintain both internal and external stakeholder relationships
• High level of emotional intelligence
• Passionate about digital marketing, ensuring up to date with latest industry developments
• Intellectual rigour and agility
• Demonstrable ability to work in fast paced environments working to tight deadlines
