Digital Marketing Assistant (up to \xc2\xa327000) Immediate is the special interest content and platform company. About the role
This role sits within the strategically important Radio Times Magazine Commerce division. The team focuses on using our brand\'s insight and data to sell a wide range of products and services to our highly engaged audiences. The Commerce team focuses on Radio Times magazine and is split into 3 verticals, Retail, Financial Services and Travel. The team\'s goal is to drive commercial value, gain data & insight and build lifetime value. This role will be working across all of the verticals in a wide variety of tasks in order to help them achieve this goal. Within Radio Times, we run reader offers and co-branded propositions with partners across a range of categories. The successful candidate will be working closely with all the team to help maintain current partnerships and enable the team to develop new business. The role will be varied and include elements of online and offline marketing. The role is both independent and collaborative and while you need to be a self-starter, you\xe2\x80\x99ll also be working closely with a number of publishing, editorial and sales stakeholders within the division.
As Digital Marketing Assistant you will

  • Plan and execute email campaigns, ensuring effective data targeting and timing.
  • Analyse data from the email campaigns and digital activities and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Build competition pages on radiotimes.com and oversee the promotion.
  • Create visually appealing graphic designs for websites and email promotional material.
  • Collate and manage copy for pages within Radio Times magazine internally and externally when required.
  • Maintain the commerce websites.
  • Upload products on the Radio Times Shop.
  • Upload holidays onto the travel website and tag appropriately.
  • Upload new articles onto the Radio Times Money website.
  • Assist with invoicing and purchase order creation.
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail needed
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Positive approach to changing workloads, especially around deadlines
  • Building relationships \xe2\x80\x93 this is a key part of the role. Internal relationships with the brand teams, as well as with partners
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • Action Orientated - Enjoys working hard. Full of energy for the things he/she/they sees as challenging. Seizes all opportunity.
  • Experience of Photoshop and Canva would be a benefit.
