Ready to get your hands dirty with every aspect of digital marketing? As our Digital Marketing Assistant, you'll be the Swiss Army knife of our digital team, diving into everything from SEO wizardry to email automation that actually converts.

This isn't your typical tea-making, admin-heavy assistant role. You'll be learning from the best, working on real campaigns, and building skills that'll set you up for a brilliant career in digital marketing.

What You'll Be Getting Stuck Into:



SEO & Content:

Help optimise websites, research keywords, and create content that Google (and humans) actually love

Paid Advertising:

Assist with Google Ads, Facebook campaigns, and other paid channels that drive real results

Email & SMS Automation:

Build customer journeys that nurture leads and keep clients coming back for more

Web Development:

Support website projects, make updates, and learn the technical side of digital marketing

Analytics & Reporting:

Track performance, spot trends, and help turn data into actionable insights

Campaign Support:

Jump in wherever needed across multiple client projects and campaigns

Learning & Growing:

Soak up knowledge from our experienced team and develop your expertise across all digital channels

What We're Looking For



Essential Requirements:



Genuine interest in digital marketing and eagerness to learn (this is the big one!) Some background in marketing - could be education, internships, personal projects, or previous roles Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing) Strong communication skills and attention to detail Comfortable with technology and learning new tools quickly Organised approach to managing multiple projects and deadlines Proactive attitude - we love people who spot opportunities and take initiative

Skills That'll Make You Shine:



Any experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Facebook Ads Manager Basic HTML/CSS knowledge or willingness to learn Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.) Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms Understanding of automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.) Some graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) Previous experience supporting marketing campaigns or projects
