Job Summary

WindowWorx is a fast growing premium glazing company specialising in high end aluminium doors and windows across the South East. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative and driven Digital Marketing Assistant to support our digital campaigns and elevate our brand presence across all platforms.

About the Role

You will work closely with the Marketing Lead to help deliver engaging digital campaigns and maintain consistent online activity. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong creative instincts, attention to detail, and a passion for social media and digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms Support with setting up and optimising Google PPC campaigns including Search and Display Create and manage email marketing campaigns including newsletters and customer journeys Design engaging content including graphics, short videos, and written posts for digital use Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports with insights and suggestions Assist with updating content and improving SEO on our WordPress website

What We're Looking For

At least one year of experience in a digital marketing or content creation role Confident using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and email platforms such as Mailchimp Strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practices Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Excellent writing and communication skills Organised, proactive, and eager to contribute to a busy and creative team

Bonus Skills

Experience in the home improvement or interiors industry Basic photography or video editing abilities Familiarity with CRM platforms and email automation tools
