The marketing department delivers strategies that support the company's goals, including managing digital platforms, writing submissions, planning events, and analysing performance. We also use AI tools to enhance creativity, efficiency, and insights. This role is ideal for those starting their marketing careers, providing hands on experience and a strong foundation in both traditional and AI-driven marketing.

Key responsibilities:



Collaborate and communicate:



Work with the Marketing Executive and sales team to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Ability to communicate effectively with external agencies when necessary.

Content creation and management:



Implement SEO strategies by conducting keyword research to improve the website's rankings on search engines.

Create and execute social media posts to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages and mentions.

AI and digital innovation:



Use AI tools to support content creation and streamline key marketing responsibilities.

Explore new AI-driven solutions to enhance creativity and efficiency.

Market research:



Research industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences and provide insights on the findings to develop our relevant marketing strategies.

Event planning:



Assist with planning and executing internal and external company events.

Manage event budgets to ensure cost efficiency and ROI.

Email marketing:



Support email marketing initiatives, including creating newsletters and managing distribution lists.

Office coordinator:



Alongside your marketing responsibilities, you will take on the role of office coordinator. This includes overseeing internal communications, organising staff events, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of office facilities. The role calls for strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across all departments.

What we are looking



It is essential that you:



At least one year of previous work experience in a similar role.

Have a digital mindset, with a willingness to learn new tools and explore AI-driven solutions to enhance creativity, efficiency, and insight.

Have excellent written communication skills

Can prioritise and manage tasks, assist colleagues, and work independently.

Are a creative individual with the ability to come up with innovative and engaging ideas

Are computer literate and skilled in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

Desirable education and skills:



Have a driving license, as you may have to complete off-site tasks

A degree in any marketing-related subject

Ideally, an understanding or some experience using AI tools

Have a good understanding of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
