About the Role



We are seeking a

proactive and creative Digital Marketing Assistant

to join our growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in digital marketing within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Working alongside experienced marketing professionals, you will play a key role in supporting a wide range of digital marketing activities designed to enhance our online presence, drive engagement, and generate leads.

Contract Type:

Apprenticeship (Duration: 15 -18 months) , Pay (Apprenticeship Wages)

Key Responsibilities



Digital Marketing:



Assist in the planning and delivery of digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic, engagement, and conversions. Collaborate with the team to optimise website content for SEO and improved user experience. Monitor and report on website performance using analytics tools to identify opportunities for improvement.

Social Media Management:



Support the day-to-day management of company social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter). Create engaging and on-brand content to promote campaigns, events, and company news. Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

Content Creation:



Assist in producing high-quality content for blogs, articles, email newsletters, and other digital marketing materials. Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activity to inform content strategy. Work closely with designers and other team members to create visually appealing and effective marketing content.

Campaign Support & Optimisation:



Support the delivery and optimisation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Track campaign performance against key metrics and support data-driven recommendations to improve ROI. Assist with A/B testing and other experiments to refine campaign strategies.

Market Research & Analysis:



Conduct research to identify growth opportunities and better understand target audiences. Analyse customer data and feedback to gain insights into preferences and behaviours. Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

About You



Enthusiastic about digital marketing and eager to learn. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A creative thinker with good attention to detail. Comfortable using digital tools and social media platforms. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
