Position Summary
We are seeking a creative and driven
Digital Marketing Assistant
to join the Japanese Head Spa Co. team.
This role plays a key part in delivering our marketing strategy across digital, web, print, and experiential channels. You will support content creation, website management, branding, customer engagement, performance analytics, and event planning, helping to ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence across our international markets.
A strong eye for design, proven website management experience, and an appreciation for Japanese-inspired aesthetics are essential. Key Responsibilities
Digital & Content Marketing
Manage, schedule, and share engaging content across all social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X, and Snapchat.
Produce high-quality written, photo, and video content that reflects our global brand voice and minimalist Japanese-inspired visual identity.
Monitor social media engagement, trends, and competitor activity across international markets to refine strategies and identify opportunities for sales leads.
Share content in relevant groups and communities to support brand awareness and generate potential sales opportunities.
Write and design newsletters, blogs, promotional materials, and client-facing content such as leaflets, brochures, instruction manuals, and guides.
Develop and implement launch plans and content timelines for new products, equipment, and tools, while continuing to promote key hero items consistently.
Website & Online Presence
Maintain and update website content, including blogs, service information, booking pages, and product listings on all country's websites
Collaborate with global web and development teams to implement updates, troubleshoot issues, and enhance user experience
Ensure all international digital platforms (Google Business, Yelp, Tripadvisor, etc.) are accurate and aligned with brand standards
Assist with SEO improvements, performance tracking, and Google Analytics reporting for all countries websites
Campaigns & Promotions
Support planning and execution of seasonal marketing campaigns, spa promotions, and global collaborations
Develop branded collateral such as in-store signage, brochures, and digital marketing assets
Assist in influencer outreach, brand partnerships, and community collaborations in key international markets
Branding & Visual Identity
Uphold brand guidelines to ensure all materials reflect the brand that defines our global identity throughout all countries social media and websites
Support the planning and coordination of photoshoots and video sessions (including behind-the-scenes and client testimonial content)
Events & Client Engagement
Help organize and promote exhibitions, events, product launches, pop-up experiences, and wellness activities for all countries
Assist with RSVP management, giveaways, and post-event follow-up communications
Administrative & Team Support
Maintain the marketing calendar, content plan, and campaign tracking documents for all countries
Coordinate with the spa front desk and treatment teams to collect feedback, testimonials, and content opportunities
Manage promotional inventory and ensure all marketing materials are current and consistent
Required Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Web Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a marketing or website management role, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or hospitality industries.
Proven experience managing and updating websites using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify); experience with WordPress and Elementor is a strong advantage.
Experience managing a CRM system, preferably Monday.com.
Strong writing and storytelling skills with a global perspective, ensuring content resonates across multiple international markets.
Proficiency with social media and creative platforms, including Canva, Google Workspace, and Mailchimp (or similar tools).
Skills in photography, videography, or graphic design are highly desirable.
Highly organized, self-motivated, adaptable, and able to take initiative.
Ability to work flexible hours when required (e.g., events, exhibitions, or content shoots).
Genuine interest in global marketing trends and cross-cultural communication to effectively engage with diverse international audiences.
