Key responsibilities

Social Media Management

: Managing and maintaining social media accounts for several companies within the group, ensuring consistent brand voice and engaging content across all platforms.

Platform Expertise

: Creating and publishing content tailored for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.

Content Creation

: Producing a wide range of content including photography, short-form video, and reels to drive engagement and brand awareness.

Scheduling & Planning

: Developing and maintaining content calendars, scheduling posts in advance, and ensuring timely delivery of campaigns across all channels.

Marketing Support

: Assisting in marketing initiatives such as new venue openings, advertising campaigns, email marketing, and event promotions.

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a social media or digital marketing role. Familiarity with social media management tools such as Sprout Social (preferred but not essential). A strong creative flair and the ability to generate engaging content and compelling written copy. An interest in current digital marketing trends and the ability to incorporate them into our strategies. Strong written and verbal communication skills Valid drivers licence and own car for travel to meetings and site visits Must be able to work full time in our head office Previous experience in hospitality/tourism sector is valued but not essential Dynamic and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes pressurised environment.
