We're looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team. You'll work closely with our Head of Marketing to create content, manage social channels, and use AI to supercharge creativity and workflow.
But here's the difference: We don't believe in random social posts or shouting into the void. Our marketing follows the 7-11-4 approach:
7 hours of content: Your audience should spend at least 7 hours engaging with you before buying.
11 interactions: They need 11 meaningful touchpoints: different formats, channels, and moments.
4 locations: People need to encounter you in at least 4 different places (social, email, website, events, etc.).
Your role will be key in helping us create, organise, and distribute content that builds those relationships over time: not just one-off campaigns.
What you'll be doing:
Using generative AI to create and hone your great ideas: Experiment with ChatGPT, Canva AI, Midjourney, and other tools to help us create content ideas, campaign concepts, and visual assets.
Content planning: Assist in developing content journeys that support the 7-11-4 strategy, ensuring we create consistent and meaningful interactions across multiple channels.
Content creation: Draft blogs, social posts, and email content with AI assistance (and learn how to refine AI outputs into polished, human-sounding copy).
Social media management: Help run our social media profiles: posting, responding to comments, and experimenting with new content formats.
Trend tracking: Stay informed about emerging marketing and AI trends to stay one step ahead.
Design support: Create visual assets using Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud tools (e.g. Illustrator/Photoshop, etc.).
What you'll need:
Previous marketing experience.
A creative, curious mind: You love trying new things, and seeing how far you can push AI to help you create better ideas faster.
An interest in modern marketing: Especially how relationship-based marketing like 7,11,4 works in real life.
Great writing and communication skills: AI can help get you started, but you know when and how to add the human touch.
Proficiency with design tools: Comfortable using Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud, with some experience in basic photo or video editing.
Organisational skills: You're happy managing content calendars, organising files, and keeping things running smoothly.
A collaborative attitude: We work as a team. We value people who share ideas, ask questions, and help each other grow.
Nice to have (but not essential)
Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Canva AI.
Familiarity with marketing platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram/Threads, TikTok and Bluesky.
Basic understanding of marketing analytics or campaign tracking.
