Hybrid working: 3 days in-office, 2 days from home
Role Overview
Are you bursting with ideas, obsessed with the details, and happiest when you're bringing creative plans to life? We're on the lookout for a
Marketing Assistant
to join the team at
The Swan Hotel & Spa
and help us share everything that makes our hotel, spa and experiences so special.
Working closely with our Marketing Manager, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering marketing that inspires guests to book, visit and fall in love with The Swan. From keeping our website up to date and on-brand, to creating engaging email campaigns and supporting seasonal promotions, you'll be involved in a broad mix of activity across the hotel, spa, events and dining.
No two days here are the same. One minute you might be helping plan a campaign for a spa launch or family break, the next you'll be liaising with internal teams, external agencies and creative partners to make sure everything runs smoothly and looks brilliant. You'll also have the chance to support award entries -- helping us shout about our successes on a national stage and build your skills in brand storytelling and results-led writing.
This role is perfect for someone who's organised, creative and eager to grow their marketing career in a fast-paced hospitality environment. If you love coming up with ideas, enjoy seeing your work make a real impact, and want to be part of a friendly, passionate team then we'd love to hear from you.
