We are looking to hire a

part-time Social Media Creative Assistant

to support our fast-growing social media and luxury events company. This role offers fantastic potential to grow with the business if you are an enthusiastic self-starter with strong creative flair.

If you're the Creative Social Media Assistant we're looking for, you'll be a natural organiser who brings calm and efficiency to a fast-paced environment. You must have demonstrable experience in

content creation

, with a strong understanding of social platforms -

especially TikTok -

and feel confident supporting and contributing to our creative direction.

Experience with

Canva and Photoshop

is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing & Content Planning

Learning and creatively executing client content to schedule. Creating monthly/weekly content plans tailored to each platform.

Social Media Management & Design

Using design tools such as Canva (and preferably Photoshop) to create effective marketing designs for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and trends.

Content Creation, Scheduling & Distribution

Assisting in producing engaging short-form content, particularly for TikTok. Scheduling, uploading, and distributing content efficiently across multiple platforms.

Influencer Marketing & Shoot Management

Connecting with influencers to enhance brand visibility. Assisting in planning and coordinating content days, shoots, and collaborations.

Requirements

Experience with content creation and TikTok is essential.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Creative mindset with an eye for detail and current social media trends. Ability to work approx.

15 hours per week
