Working within the marketing team, you will assist with the marketing and promotion of all Lincs Inspire's facilities and products, ensuring they are promoted to the highest standard, through: social media, advertising, direct marketing, promotions, and event attendance.
Supporting the Marketing and Communications Manager you will help to deliver innovative campaigns that raise profile and increase participation.
Duties will include:
Prepare marketing assets using an appropriate design tool (such as Canva and Adobe Premiere) in line with Lincs Inspire brand guidelines, to support campaigns with direction and guidance readily available.
Under the direction of the Marketing and Communications Manager support the preparation and delivery of innovative and engaging targeted marketing campaigns, promoting a wide range of services and activities.
Monitor, update and evaluate social media channels, ensuring they are used effectively and professionally, responding to routine customer and colleague enquiries in a timely manner and fielding non-routine queries to the relevant service lead.
Successful applicants will have:
Experience of working in a marketing environment
Experience of preparing social media content, press releases or promotional material
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
The post holder will work agilely including an option to work from home or a company venue, with regular attendance at events and activities.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.40 per hour
