Job Description

F&I Group are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing marketing team, taking ownership of our online presence and helping to deliver a premium digital experience across our platforms.

The role will also provide a range of administrative support services which may include telephone support, organising diaries, managing recruitment platforms, postal services and ensuring all internal online platforms are kept up to date.

About the Role:



As our Digital Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and delivering engaging digital content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and our website. You will manage content calendars, run digital campaigns, and use analytics to track performance and drive engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

Researching, creating, and scheduling engaging content for social media and the website Designing marketing materials and visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva Managing social media accounts, responding to comments and messages professionally Contributing to the development of marketing campaigns and initiatives Tracking and reporting on digital performance and content engagement Assisting in drafting newsletters, internal communications, and supporting company events Helping maintain recruitment platforms, organise diaries, manage postal services, and keep internal online platforms up to date
Working hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (40 hours a week).

Key Requirements:



We are looking for a proactive and creative individual with a solid understanding of digital marketing and communications. You must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), strong organisation skills, and a keen eye for detail.

The following skills and qualifications are required for this role:

Five GCSEs (or equivalent) A-C or numbered equivalent (9-4), including English and Maths Proficient IT skills and confidence in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva Experience managing social media content calendars and digital platforms Strong copywriting skills tailored to various audiences Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Desirable:

Marketing/Digital Marketing certification or qualification Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Insights, Google Analytics) Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Monday.com) Basic understanding of SEO best practices Video editing skills (e.g., Premiere Pro)
