SalonRevenueGrowth.com is a London-based digital marketing agency specializing in working with salons, aesthetic/skin clinics and medispas. We are currently growing by 40% per year and now have an opening for a part-time Digital Marketing & Client Accounts Manager.
Summary
As a Digital Marketing & Client Accounts Manager at SalonRevenueGrowth.com, your role will be equal parts digital marketing and account management: you will be responsible for setting up new digital ad campaigns for new clients allocated to you, then managing their accounts ongoing.
This position is crucial for driving client satisfaction, by ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns, then continue building on each client relationship, which you will be rewarded for.
Responsibilities
Setting up Google, Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
Creating email and SMS marketing campaigns
Using out CRM to create landing pages and workflows
Liaise and collaborate with our team in India to build out marketing projects
Creating end-of-month reports for our clients
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives
Analyze client data to provide insights and recommendations for improvements
Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to enhance client satisfaction
Requirements
Must have experience and be competent in Facebook ads
(not just "boosting posts", you must be experienced in using the Ads Manager), and ideally Google ads also
Must have experience and be competent in creating videos
(we use Veed to create videos for our campaigns).
Have your own laptop with full Microsoft Office and a PDF-maker
(you will be using Excel, Word, Outlook and PDF's).
Experienced with Microsoft Excel
Be able to work 20 hours per week, which must be stretched over at least 4 days per week (i.e 4 x 5 hour days per week)
Be reliable, hard-working and able to work independently from home
You will work from a shared office space once (sometimes twice) per week in Earlsfield, SW18. The rest of your hours you will work from home (or a location of your choice)
Must be competent with math and numbers
Proven experience in client management or account management roles would be desirable.
Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
Sales experience is desirable to drive business growth from the clients we allocate you.
What Success Looks Like
We are looking for someone to ideally grow into a full-time role, with more responsibility (and pay!) as we give you bigger accounts. If you're a superstar who is playing a big part in the company's growth: shares/ownership or profit-based bonuses will be available.
