About Tithe Green



We're an award-winning, family-run team that arranges natural burials. We love explaining what it's all about and how it works.

Natural burial is a green way to become part of nature when we die, making a positive impact on the environment. Our natural burial sites are uplifting places to visit, buzzing with nature and wildlife all year round.

The team behind Tithe Green is small, friendly and professional. We're driven by our love for nature, respect for people, and passion for this beautiful, green way of leaving the earth.

We're growing fast and have big aspirations - we have three sites currently in Oxton, Ketton and Markfield, but are working hard to open more Tithe Green sites around the country.

About the role



We're looking for a Digital Marketing & Community Executive - someone dynamic, creative, and people-oriented - to carry the torch and continue growing our marketing presence and community engagement.

This is a hybrid role combining digital marketing (social media content creation, paid media, SEO, copywriting) and community engagement (managing events, copywriting, reviews).

What you'll be doing



Digital marketing & social media

Manage and produce engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube - aligned to our brand Create, edit and publish a variety of content (including videos, reels, images and written content) that highlight our sites, experiences, team and events Manage our paid media campaigns across Instagram and Facebook, monitoring results and reporting Help to improve our SEO and brand presence (keywords, on-page optimisation, reports) Monitor and respond to messages and comments across channels

Community engagement & events management



Plan and run a diverse range of events - from Memory Miles to planting days and arrangements with our industry partners, and more Coordinating our regular blogs and newsletter - including copywriting and formatting Cultivate strong relationships with our onsite teams and local customer communities Manage our feedback, customer testimonials and Google Reviews Ensure all community activities reflect our identity and values Willing to contribute to the wider team effort and complete ad-hoc tasks as required, such as research

Who you are



We're looking for someone who:

Has proven experience background in social media, digital marketing, event coordination or community management Is skilled in social media management and content creation (including creating engaging video content) Has great communication and copywriting skills Is highly proactive, organised, and completes tasks efficiently Can juggle multiple projects and still deliver high-quality results Understands our mission and wants to grow in the natural burials industry
Desirable (but not essential)

Paid media skills(including Meta Ads Manager) Video and image editing skills(e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.) SEO and Hubspot experience (ideally with UK businesses) Events management experience

Travel



You'll ideally be based around, or close to, Nottinghamshire You will need to have access to a car - our HQ and sites are not easily accessible by public transport
