As a content creator at Matoha, you will help us with the marketing and sales of our innovative products - spectrometers to help the world sort out the huge amount of plastic and textile waste. Each tonne of textiles or plastic waste recycled (for which using identification machines such as ours is essential) helps conserve natural resources and prevents pollution from being released - helping save the planet, one machine at a time.
As we are a startup and a small company, your work will have a real impact - on the planet and on our company. You will collaborate with our young and dynamic team - we expect you to be proactive, able to work independently and have a "get it done" spirit.
The work is mostly in-person in our office in London SW9. There is no requirement to work at night or over weekends.
This job is part-time, expected 2-3 days a week (variable, no specific days needed).
Responsibilities
Content creation (videos, photos, text) - e.g. a video explaining to new customers how to use our devices or a video targeting a particular market segment explaining how the machine is great for them
Video & photo editing
Social media marketing
Making content for our social media or newsletters
Must have
Photo & videography skills - with some existing work you can show us to demonstrate this
Photo & video editing skills (any reasonable software, as long as you are proficient)
Keen interest in technology and the environment
Excellent English proficiency
Autonomous and reliable
Right to work in the UK (we are unable to sponsor visa)
Nice to have
Previous productphoto/video experience
B2B marketing experience
Right to travel to the EU without needing visa (for trade shows etc.)
