What You'll Be Accountable For



Client Success & Relationship Building



Be the trusted voice for a set of clients which involves listening, understanding, advising, and supporting them Lead regular performance calls, share insights, and guide digital marketing strategy Build relationships based on trust, care and responsiveness

Marketing Strategy & Execution



Plan, implement, and optimise SEO strategies (and support PPC/web projects if needed) Identify growth opportunities and tailor strategic solutions for each client Use data to guide decision-making and drive measurable improvements

Content & Communication



Craft compelling content (on-site copy, blogs, news stories, campaign messaging). Writing should be second nature Make technical work easy to understand in client-friendly updates Ensure all messaging supports the client's brand tone and objectives

Team Collaboration & Leadership



Work closely with our writers, link builders, web developers, and SEO technicians Bring fresh ideas, proactively improve internal processes, and share knowledge

Requirements



2+ years of experience in a digital marketing, SEO, or content-led role A good understanding of SEO fundamentals (on-page, content and technical) Awareness of PPC and web development is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication Strong organisational and time-management skills Must have the right to work in the UK
