ABOUT THE ROLE
As Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will:
Digital Content & Campaigns
Assist in the planning, scheduling, and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital and direct channels
Coordinate content creation and campaigns in line with seasonal promotions and events
Maintain marketing collateral including digital asset organisation and promotional templates
Website & SEO
Maintain and update the company website, ensuring SEO optimisation and content accuracy
Email Marketing & CRM
Support the design and distribution of direct marketing materials including newsletters and promotional emails
Support the development and management of the hotel's CRM and mailing lists
Social Media & Engagement
Create engaging social media content, schedule posts, and monitor engagement across platforms
Collaborate with departments to ensure brand consistency in all communications
Analytics & Support
Contribute to the measurement and reporting of digital performance (e.g. analytics and campaign insights)
Assist in the organisation of photoshoots, PR visits, and internal communications
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone who is:
Ideally has at least 12 months of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media (via work, internship, or personal projects)
A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
Creative and confident in visual storytelling with a clear sense of brand tone and audience targeting
Meticulous with great attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Familiar with platforms such as Canva, Mailchimp (or Brevo), Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, and a basic CMS (e.g. WordPress) - a plus, not essential
Organised, proactive, and eager to learn in a collaborative, supportive team
Friendly, professional, and adaptable
Experience in hospitality or a creative industry is a bonus
A portfolio or examples of work are encouraged as part of your application
