Digital Marketing Coordinator
to join our Leeds-based team and play a key role in growing our digital presence.
The Role
As
Digital Marketing Coordinator
, you'll be at the heart of our online marketing activity, helping to shape, execute and optimise campaigns that engage customers and drive growth.
Working closely with our Marketing Manager, you'll coordinate day-to-day digital marketing activities across multiple channels, ensuring our brand remains fresh, consistent and data-driven.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
Coordinating digital campaigns across email, social media, paid ads, and SEO.
Supporting content planning and production -- from social posts and blogs to digital assets and landing pages.
Monitoring website traffic and campaign performance through analytics tools.
Assisting with PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and paid social performance tracking.
Managing the content calendar to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Collaborating with designers and copywriters to develop engaging creative assets.
Supporting influencer and affiliate partnerships.
Analysing data, preparing performance reports, and recommending improvements.
Keeping up to date with digital trends, sleep wellness topics, and competitor activity.
A typical day might see you brainstorming social content ideas, pulling a campaign report, briefing a designer, and scheduling next week's email newsletter, all before lunch.
Requirements
Must-haves:
2+ years' experience in digital marketing, ideally in a consumer or e-commerce brand.
Hands-on experience with digital platforms -- Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, email marketing tools (e.g. Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a creative eye.
Confident using Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, and content scheduling tools.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience working in a retail or consumer goods brand.
Knowledge of Shopify, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
A genuine interest in lifestyle, wellness, or sleep-related products.
