The Role (Overview)
We're hiring a hands-on Digital Marketing Co-ordinator with
12-18 months' experience
and
proven Shopify skills
. You'll develop and execute digital strategies that grow revenue and engagement across e-commerce, social, and paid media. The role blends creativity, analytics, and project management. You'll report to the Marketing Director, and work closely with the Senior Marketing Co-ordinator, with a clear path to a Digital Marketing Manager role once you've proven impact.
What You'll Do: E-Commerce (Top Priority)
Own and manage
our Shopify site (www.gandnhealth.com) end-to-end.
Update
PDPs, content, landing pages, banners, copy, and Klaviyo flows
.
Fix issues fast; improve
SEO, UX and CRO
; manage
Google Ads
with ROI discipline.
Deliver tangible sales uplift within 3 months.
Social Media
Run the content calendar across
Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn
(planning ? posting ? community management).
Double followers within 6 months
, focusing on quality growth and traffic that converts.
Identify and manage
micro-influencers
; drive
high-intent referral traffic
to the site.
TikTok Shop
End-to-end ownership of
catalog uploads, content, offers, and promos
.
Drive followers and purchase intent.
Prove sales traction within 3 months.
Campaigns, Content & Brand
Develop and execute
digital marketing strategies
that increase brand awareness and traffic.
Create engaging content for
web, social, email
; keep messaging consistent and on-brand.
Light design work in
Adobe Photoshop
(or Canva/Figma) for marketing assets.
Reporting & Insights
Produce
weekly and monthly
performance reports (GA4, platform analytics), with
clear recommendations
.
Present findings using
Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides
.
Project Management & Collaboration
Run projects to time and budget; align stakeholders with clear briefs, checklists, and status updates.
Work with
B2B partners
(where relevant) to tailor campaigns for their audiences.
About You (Skills & Experience)
12-18 months' digital marketing
experience (B2C essential; B2B awareness a plus).
Shopify essential
(building/changing PDPs, banners, copy, flows).
Working knowledge of
Klaviyo, GA4, SEO, UX/CRO, Google Ads
.
Strong
social media
understanding (including
TikTok Shop
).
Analytical and commercial
mindset; confident with numbers and A/B testing.
Project-managed
campaigns end-to-end; highly organised and process-driven.
