Summary:



We are looking for a self-motivated, organised and personable Digital Marketing Co-ordinator to work as part of our Marketing Team and in collaboration with other departments.

About the role:



Working from our office in Truro, our Digital Marketing Co-ordinator role involves creating engaging content across all our platforms, working closely with internal teams as well as external agencies to implement and drive Marketing campaigns. A proactive and enthusiastic team player, you will assist with an annual programme of events, agricultural shows and social media activities to support our Members and the farming community.

Working as part of a high-performing team, you'll be responsible for:



Assisting with the development, production and implementation of engaging brand awareness and lead generation campaigns, overseeing both digital and print advertising. Leading the development and delivery of our Farming Focus podcast, working collaboratively with the podcast team and partners to plan content, review scripts, audio and related articles, as well as managing guest coordination, sourcing future guests and tracking results. Supporting paid digital marketing campaign creation, management and reporting. Managing our Member Benefits platform, including creating an internal and external communication strategy to promote awareness. Supporting with internal communications, working collaboratively with other teams to generate and circulate engaging newsletters. Copywriting for the website, emails, newsletters, brand collateral and social media content. Understanding, developing and implementing workflows through automated marketing software. Acting as brand advocate internally and externally, representing Cornish Mutual at shows, events and on social media. Managing our social media channels. Creating briefs for graphics. Supporting with the analysis of results and monthly marketing reports.

Skills and Experience:



Proven experience creating brand engagement through campaigns, social media and other communications. Proven project management and organisational skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively. Knowledge of digital marketing: Google AdWords and social channels, including paid and online analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to review and create original content. Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to proof-read content. Knowledge and experience of Content Management Systems, email marketing platforms and Microsoft Office. An interest in rural and agricultural issues would be advantageous.
