An opportunity has arisen to work within a developing Marketing Department of a well-established manufacturing company. Grangers International Ltd, based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire and established in 1937, is the owner of market-leading aftercare brands; Grangers, Fabsil and Cherry Blossom.

THE ROLE:



The customer experience is key when it comes to Digital Marketing and this role will be pivotal in enhancing customer service at every digital touchpoint. Reporting into the E-commerce Manager, this role will support our B2C platforms, delivering exceptional customer service at all points, being the first point of contact for queries and for developing the user experience through digital marketing such as email.

The individual will work closely with all teams across the business including Marketing, Technical and Sales.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:



As the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, ensure the best level of customer service, responding to email, telephone and live chat messages. Liaise with internal departments like Marketing, E-commerce and Technical to process and follow-up on enquiries. Support the Technical Team with daily technical queries, ensuring that technical knowledge and training is kept updated and relevant. Process orders and postage details for Clean + Reproof Services, coordinating between the Technical Team and the customer. Work with the E-Commerce Manager to develop your skills in email marketing, building and scheduling email campaigns across our three in-house brands to drive customer engagement, brand awareness and e-commerce sales. Process product imagery for the websites and Media Portals, ensuring consistency and guidelines are adhered to. Work with the wider Marketing team to update and maintain web pages to keep content, promotions and brand messages clear and up to date, liaising with the Social Media Associate to assure that messages align across all consumer-facing platforms. Support the E-Commerce Manager and Director of Marketing & Communications to build and develop the email database, and assist with online advertising support, when required. Respond to Amazon queries, as and when required. Support the wider Marketing Team with ad-hoc duties and daily marketing activities, including event preparation. Demonstrate full product and brand knowledge to professionally and competently respond to all queries.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:

Be confident communicating with a wide-range of customers. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Be a team player, proactive, flexible, enthusiastic and demonstrate a 'can do' attitude. Possess excellent organisational and time management skills, able to work on multiple projects. Be able to effectively tailor content and approach to different brands' tones of voice. Be flexible and willing to put their hand to any tasks to support the department/wider business. Demonstrate strong attention to detail. Be willing to work cross-functionally across relevant teams. Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to accept feedback and guidance. Positively represent the company at all times.

REQUIREMENTS



Full UK Driving licence. Computer literacy - MS Outlook, Excel, Word. A working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or a wish to develop in this area. Excellent written communication skills
