Digital Marketing & Events Manager
to help us grow our presence and connect with customers on all fronts.
Role Overview:
As the
Digital Marketing & Events Manager
, you'll be the face and voice of our business -- both behind the screen and at events. You'll manage our digital content and platforms, plan marketing campaigns, and attend events/markets to represent the business and help drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing
Manage and grow our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Create engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and newsletters
Update and maintain the website (e.g., product listings, blog posts, promotions)
Run digital ad campaigns (optional based on your experience)
Monitor engagement and analytics, adjusting strategy as needed
Events & Markets
Attend local events and markets as a brand ambassador
Set up and manage the stall, ensuring an inviting and professional display
Engage with customers, answer questions, and drive sales
Gather feedback and insights from face-to-face interactions
What We're Looking For:
Experience in social media management, marketing, or content creation
Confident and friendly with excellent people skills
Comfortable working weekends or evenings occasionally (for events)
Organised, self-motivated, and able to juggle multiple tasks
Basic website editing skills (e.g., Shopify, Squarespace, or WordPress)
Passion for Pets and enthusiasm for representing a small business
