Job Title: Digital Marketing & Brand Coordinator (Dental/Healthcare)

About Us
We are a UK-based dental care provider with two key services: a private dental clinic in Manchester and a dental tourism business connecting UK patients with premium-quality dental treatments in Antalya, Turkey. We host regular free consultation events across major cities including London, Birmingham, Manchester and beyond to introduce patients to treatment options both locally and abroad.
To support our growth, we are looking for a hands-on, multi-skilled digital marketer who can manage our online presence, lead generation efforts, and campaign strategies with a healthcare mindset and commercial drive.
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Advertising & Campaigns
Plan, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads
Analyze ad performance and implement changes to improve lead generation and ROI
2. Website Management
Oversee updates and SEO improvements on our WordPress websites (UK and Antalya)
Upload new content such as blog posts, before/after photos, patient testimonials, and service updates
Coordinate with web developers for technical issues when needed
3. Social Media & Content Creation
Manage our social media accounts (primarily IG & FB& Tiktok), including scheduling posts, creating visual content, and community engagement
Create or repurpose content (in Canva or similar) tailored to UK audiences interested in dental care
4. Event Support
Promote consultation events through digital platforms
Prepare materials (digital flyers, booking forms, landing pages) for upcoming patient consultation days in various cities
5. Reporting & Analysis
Monitor lead sources and advertising results across channels
Create monthly reports summarizing performance, insights, and improvement suggestions
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience: At least 2-3 years in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare, dental, or private medical sectors
Skills:
Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite
Basic SEO, WordPress website editing
Graphic creation (Canva or Adobe tools), email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp)
Traits:
Creative and analytical thinker with the ability to work independently
Excellent communication and time management
Understanding of UK patient expectations and the private healthcare market
Work Schedule & Location
Hybrid: 4-8 days/month in Manchester office, rest remote (flexible working hours)
Weekly commitment: Approx. 3 days per week / ~24 hours total
