We're looking for a passionate and creative

Digital Marketing Executive Apprentice

to join the launch team at

MUSICA

, a brand-new live music-led venue opening this autumn in Bracknell. You'll be working closely with our design and marketing guru (they know their stuff!), but we want someone who brings their own flair, energy and creative ideas. You'll be hands-on from day one, helping shape the brand, creating standout content and capturing the excitement of launch and beyond.

You'll also be enrolled in a

QA Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship

, gaining real skills in content creation, campaigns, customer experience, SEO, analytics and more.

What you'll be doing:

Creating engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & X Capturing behind-the-scenes action, live gigs, food and drink Interviewing and spotlighting

local musicians and performers

Writing scroll-stopping captions and planning content calendars Helping build pre-launch excitement and long-term brand awareness Supporting email marketing, local PR and campaign reporting Applying what you learn from apprenticeship modules in real-time

What we're looking for:

A creative mind with a love for music, nightlife and storytelling Someone who knows what's trending and enjoys experimenting with content Confident using TikTok, Reels, Canva and basic editing tools Local to Bracknell, with flexibility to be on-site regularly to shoot content A self-starter full of ideas and ready to get stuck in A passion for

photography and videography

, especially capturing live moments Bonus points for an eye for graphic design and/or copywriting

Where you'll work:

Hybrid role

You'll split your time between:

Filming / photographing content on-site at MUSICA Editing, planning and scheduling from our Bracknell office Some home working can be discussed for quieter admin tasks
