Job Summary
The Mortgage Broker is a market leading brand with an extremely strong customer reputation. The brand, the service, the quality, the results - are all easy to sell. However, we haven't had the right person helping to put that into good marketing. We have a defined structure of what we want to do, but offer complete autonomy if the experience is right, to the methodology and the creative in delivering this. Our brand guidelines are extremely important, but we want to have fun and target the UK market.
We need someone who can help do the marketing leg work, but enjoy attention to detail to deliver our goals, but thrive in build customer relationships and business brands.
We are seeking a
Marketing Executive
to join our dynamic team. This is a key role that will support the brand management of The Mortgage Broker and our group of associated brands. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be creative, organised, and comfortable working across multiple platforms and channels.
While mortgage experience is not required, an ability to adapt messaging for a regulated industry is important. You'll be provided with the core information for all campaigns and post content--your focus is bringing it to life in an engaging, brand-aligned way.
Skills & Experience Required
Experience managing or administering WordPress websites (basic editing, posting, formatting).
Experience in scheduling and publishing social media content (via Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, etc.).
Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook platforms for business.
A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and content strategy.
Beneficial to have knowledge of
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
principles and how
keywords
play a role in driving traffic -- especially as social media content will often link back to our website.
(Desirable but not essential) Familiarity with Canva or similar creative tools.
