We're looking for a dynamic and creative digital specialist to join our brand marketing team in a newly created role that offers real variety and impact.

The role is based in Bristol, but may include some requirement to travel to other locations and the occasional weekend and evening availability.
Minimum hours for this role are 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday. Some level of hybrid working is available.
Responsibilities Include
Manage content planning, sourcing and creation of content for the two branded social media platforms. Monitoring the success of the posts to identify trends, with the focus on boosting engagement and page growth
Monitor and reply to any engagement on the social media pages and ensure that comments are responded to appropriately
Help to build relationships with existing content creators that fit within the relevant brands scope to gain exposure and reach for the social media pages
Ensure the brands and company website pages are kept up to date regularly to represent the brands most up to date packs and images
Write and distribute a monthly newsletter to keep our subscribers up to date with the latest brand news
Assist the brand team with retailer media booking and completing forms, helping to ensure deadlines are met and that the media aligns with relevant promotions
Work closely with the brand team to ensure the digital platforms align with the wider brand and marketing plan, visually and in terms of timings to ensure all campaigns and messages align
Requirements Include
Minimum of 2 years social media management experience
Experience in using platforms such as Mail Chimp, Canva and website platforms
Previous experience setting up and optimizing Meta ads
Strong ICT skills to include Microsoft Office packages particularly Excel / Word / PowerPoint
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work within time constraints
Flexible approach to work and hours
Shows initiative and a proactive attitude
