The Role
Working closely with a lovely, experienced team, you'll support and deliver across a variety of digital marketing channels. The role offers real autonomy and lots of exposure - ideal for someone keen to learn, grow and broaden their digital skill set in a business that values creativity and collaboration.

Key areas of involvement include:

• Supporting across paid and organic digital campaigns (social, search, display, email, content and more)

• Helping manage and optimise digital marketing calendars and campaign timelines

• Assisting with performance tracking, reporting and insights across all channels

• Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns

• Contributing to content creation and idea generation across multiple platforms

• Staying up to date with digital trends and sharing fresh ideas

Ideal experience and skills:

• 2 years' experience in a digital marketing role, either in-house or agency side

• Comfortable working across a variety of digital channels - or eager to learn

• Confident with campaign coordination and hands-on execution

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Analytical mindset - able to use data to inform decisions

• A genuine interest in digital marketing and evolving trends

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude

Experience within retail, luxury, fashion, lifestyle or similar consumer-focused industries is a bonus - but by no means essential.
